Simply stated Stress is a fact of nature – how forces from the outside world affect an individual. The word “Stress” however is more popular in the corporate circles and most of us equate stress with work pressure. The fact of the matter however is that each of one us is exposed to stress, less or more. Don.’t students have stress? Don’t housewives have stress?

Every stressful incident has two components viz. the incident itself and OUR RESPONSE / EMOTION for the incident. It is actually our response / emotion for the incident that creates the real stress. The 30 Second Technique helps take out the emotional aspect from the incident, mostly permanently, and when the emotional aspect is taken out, the incident becomes just like a movie which doesn’t bother you anymore.
